we're a group of writers & friends who met during the summer of 2025 at the california state summer school for the arts! everyone on our team rotates roles for different projects based on availability; currently, Muriel and Anya are editing our upcoming book Writing For the End of the World!
Aerin Ahn
Aerin Ahn is a writer of both poetry and fiction. She is a California Arts Scholar and a student at the Orange County School of the Arts. In her free time, she enjoys getting lost in books and thinking about everything unimportant.
Shinbi Lee
Shinbi Lee is currently studying creative writing at the Orange County School of the Arts in Southern California. Her favorite forms of writing are prose and poetry. When she's not writing, she enjoys competitive swimming, listening to music, and trying new foods.
Muriel Neill
​Muriel Neill is a poet from Sacramento, California. Often found reading, writing, or playing piano, she appreciates a good paradox and loves to use hyperbole.
Harper Nosek-Mulvihill
​Harper Nosek-Mulvihill (she/her) is a writer from Los Angeles, CA. She enjoys embroidery, coloring books, and long walks.
Brianna Su
Brianna Su usually prefers to write poetry and flash fiction. She loves to read horror novels by authors like Agatha Christie, or fantasy novels that have great world-building, such as Harry Potter. She's a big fan of matcha, Hangyodon, and collectibles from Popmart—especially Hironos. Brianna likes to watch many Chinese movies like Nezha, or rewatch children's shows like My Little Pony, Ever After High, and Monster High.
Isabella Suarez
Isabella Suarez is a teenage poet from Koreatown, Los Angeles. She writes primarily on topics centering around an introspection in self, particularly regarding love, internal perspective, familial complications, and identity. When she's not writing, she enjoys reading, crafting, and creating art out of junk.

Sienna Wong is a poet from Danville, California. She's often found writing, running, thrifting, or staying up late finishing a book.
Wanru (Alice) Zhao
Wanru (Alice) Zhao (she/they) is a queer, Asian-American student poet based in the San Francisco Bay Area. A recipient of the California Scholar of the Arts award, her work has been recognized by the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, Jardin Zine, bitter melon review, Wild Hyacinth Magazine, and Fleeting Daze Magazine. Outside of writing, she loves trying (and failing) at completing the NYT connections, dyeing her hair, and driving for far too long to find good boba.
